In response to the growing demands for compressed air on board, BNL is poised to providing cost-effective maintenance solutions for offshore operations in strict collaboration with Tamrotor Marine Compressors (TMC).
Easy maintenance is a cornerstone of BNL’s philosophy. This cuts the risk of potential problems and provides a more reliable compressor with lower lifecycle costs.

Maintenance:
BNL provides a planned maintenance service to ensure continues optimum plant operation with minimal downtime. Maintenance engineers are available to travel to any location world wide to service or repair any compressors and cargo/ballast pumping systems. The basic planned maintenance contract shall include the following:

• 24-hour contract for emergency call-out
• Logistics
• Planning of Transport
• Tracking of Spare Parts
• Maintenance Reports
• Report of Faults Outside of Planned Maintenance
• Performance Monitoring, work history support for continued analysis
• Statistical Information for Reliability and Breakdowns
• Site Visits Reports Prepared and Left on Board Vessel at each Visits
• Supply of special equipment/tools and field service Engineers/personnel
• On-shore support personnel, including all mobilization and demobilization
• Specialist operators, Work permit/Nigerian Visa, Air tickets/travel expenses
